Unable to play ashes cricket 2009 please help

when i start ashes cricket 2009 it shows another instance of this window already open

i have asus p5kpl am/ps
graphics card-nvidia geforce 8400 gs 1 gb
ram 2gb
360 hard disk
interl prentium dual core

Open task manager then go to System Process and then there will be a Cricket09.exe. End the process and then run it..

i close it and when i start again it does not start i do it many times
