Uninstalling question

Do you lose all your save games and records if you uninstall/reinstall the game? I downloaded a couple of pitchmats and forgot to backup the originals and I think they're making my game crash. Also, if anyone could mail me the files that would be a great help.

That shouldn't make your game crash. What you can do is delete the cricket_pc.gob and then go to add/remove programs and repair Cricket2004.

I can't remember how, but I managed to uninstall it without losing my profiles.
If you are that worried about it, just back up the profiles and if you lose them just paste them back into the directory.

At the end of hte uninstall process it will ask you if you want to save all your games and profiles. there you click yes and everything will....gasp.......remain! use at your own risk though, i may be making up stuff (alhtough i'm not) To be extra sure, just go to my documents\EA Sports\Cricket 2004\user-yourname and copy all your files. then, even if it is deleted, everything will.........gasp.........remain!
