Unused items in BLC

I was going through commentry sound files and there are many comments that I have never heard during the game. I think somehow the code fails to pick up these files or they were left that way.
What's more, there are comments about batsman getting out on a no ball! (Ben has also pointed out umpire captures for indicating no balls). There are sound files for stumpings as well. I'm sure there are few more things like this..

BLC would've been much better (and complete) with no balls and stumpings - meaning batsman would've been able to get out of their crease.
Somewhere Codemasters messed up or weren't able to finish in time. Though I would've expected these things to be included in their patch.

What I do is swap the file numbers around so I get rid of some of the more irritating commentary.
Also the fact that there is a capture for a no-ball,commentary for a no-ball and a mention in the booklet proves they were planning to include them right until the last minute.
