UP/Down key stopped working

Hi Guys, I have beta 2 installed and everything was working fine till now and today when i tried to start the game the UP/Down keys wont work. On the main menu i cannot navigate to any items. All that works is the Enter button. Pressing escape brings the "Do you want to quit the game" screen and i can't even select an option as a result the default option selected (No) is the only one i can choose. So i can only close it with end task from task manager. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Deleted the folder under My Games and still nothing. The keyboard works just fine with any other application. Any help is appreciated.
