when i downloaded the face pack the 'readme' said to use the 'gd kit replacer' to install the faces how do u do this when it has nothing to do with the players?

The GD Kit Replacer was the editor to use before the Graphic Importer v2 was made. Use the latter as it is much easier.

what do i need to do to import the west indies faces using graphic importer v2

Select the face you wish to replace and put import bmp.

is there a quick way of replacing the west indies team faces. how come when i replace the faces and bats for a team using team management there are two copies of the player when i go to squad selection. Plus ican't get rid of the player who don't play any more i.e caddick and hooper. i tried this using line-up editor

The problem with team mangement is why the player editor was created. Lineup editor will allow you to change the squads to up to date ones though.
I believe that Rahul is working on a quick qay of replacing faces so we'll hopefully see that soon.
