Kartik, what's your PC specs? I have NFS II SE and it doesn't run on my 2GB RAM + 9600GT + WinXP Sp2 combo. I mean, it can be run with application compatibility manager but not without the long procedure. I've heard somewhere its to do with RAM addressing, and the game doesnt work with rig's addressing large amounts of RAM like mine.
