If I am right you could use Nero Wave editor I use that alot to change my music. Maybe it could work for you.

Goldwave or something. SoundForge. Those are pretty good sound editors

The best way is go to http://www.download.com/ and search.

Just make sure that you read the description properly. Some of the programs have hidden adware. It wont wreck your computer it will just moniter surfing habits. Some programs have a trial period of 15 days or somrthin. So use it fast or buy it.
