I can hear the sounds, but I can't see anything other than that small white screen.

I mean your desktop resolution.
If you don't know that,

1.

Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.
2.

Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

try lowering your resolution.

The system is up to date and has enough power to run this game.

Try to change your computers display resolution to 1024x768. Right click on desktop, select Display Settings and then resolution.

Ya mate game is runnig kool

We came across a similar case during the beta test. Try disabling your anti-virus for this application.

Changing resolution didn't do anything. I'll try disabling my anti-virus though.

I have NOD Eset 32 installed as my anti-virus. I disabled it, and then uninstalled the game. Then reinstalled, but the same problem arose. I can hear the sound of the Mindstorm logo, and I can view the video when I go to Program Files, and open it with Windows Media Player Classic, but not when I actually try to play the game.

I am really surprised to see this game running on my old desktop. It features an Intel 915 GMA 128MB onboard gfx.
Great work Mindstorm!!

Even I have the same system and it is working nicely
