No,cause I also have K-Lite Codecs installed on my PC

Tried it on my dads Computer, which is much more powerful than mine, and the same problem occurred.

Tried it on my sisters computer, which is probably the worst spec wise, and it worked, but the game flickers a lot for some reason. And I mean a lot.

All it required was a restart. You guys really should have said that while downloading. Have some sort of message...

I didn't restart my pc before playing it.

It fixed the problem for me. Video popped up, and the game played pretty smoothly.
