where has the 4.0 all-in-one patch gone??

Hi,

The link for the 4.0 AI patch isn't working, does anyone have a mirror? I would love to try this patch and 4.1 out.

Also, what is the order of applying the patches? Does the all-in-one 4.0 patch have the barmy-army kits in? Am I right in thinking that I need this before applying the 4.1 patch?
