Wierd bug, error... i don't know what it is!

i started a knock out tour. But when i was simulating all the cpu game to get to my game, game just quits out of the menu and goes to my desktop. It has happen three or four times in a row now, does anybody know whats goin' on.

i had this when simming, it seem to be called by using the lineup bug exe. Use sams exe to fix this!
