Pretty immense team that. Batting all the way down to 8, bowling options in Zaheer, Bracken, Mendis, Vettori, Flintoff, Morkel and then Gayle, Yuvraj, Duminy and Pietersen offer extra bowling options if need be. The whole team either offers batting or bowling, or abit of both. I've then got McCullum opening with Gayle, would easily be the most destructive opening partnership possible I think. Very happy with that team.

I think part-time bowlers are useless in T20. You need a variety of bowling, but not batsmen who turn their arm over every now and then...

I don't want Mendis in without him proving himself more, I'd have Warne if I could. Since I couldn't pick him and needed a second spinner, it's one of those two.
Apart from that...bats deep, 4 seamers and 2 spinners...mix of powerful hitters and steady batsmen, Dhoni as skipper 'cause I like his style and innovativeness (Although, again, I'd rather have Warne). Good enough lineup...

Dave Hussey's proof that part-time spinners are more than useful in T20. Just bowling his overs incredibly quickly and before the opposition know it Hussey's bowled 4 overs for 24 at a quick pace and they're struggling to either keep up with the run rate, or bat at a quick enough pace to make a huge score. The part-timers are only there as last resort anyway, I already have 6 bowlers in Bracken, Zaheer, Flintoff, Mendis, Vettori and Morkel that should easily be able to bowl out the full 20 between them.
I don't count players who are capable bowlers as part-timers. It's kinda like based on the conditions - Sehwag wouldn't be considered a part-timer if the pitch was turning and India needed wickets, but on a flat pitch to keep the runs down, he doesn't have the bowling ability to do it. Hussey may work if you need someone to get his overs through quick, but how suited would that style of bowling be in a FC match? So in the latter stage he's a part-timer. Yusuf Pathan bowls in a similar way, and he is suited to T20s but is fairly un-threatening in the longer formats.
Similarly, I feel someone like Yuvi, Duminy, and KP would be useless and fodder for the batsmen with their style of bowling. And considering that each spell is 4 overs, it's not like you'll need them to rest the other bowlers.
It varies a bit, but I feel any bowler who isn't a regular bowler in T20 or doesn't have enough experience of bowling in T20 is fairly useless in that format unless the conditions really suit them or the situation is really bad.
