It might be a dangerous country, but would touring cricketers be targeted? Given most of the problems are occuring in Northern Pakistan couldn't a tour be arranged outside of the problem areas?

Btw, I wouldn't tour Zimbabwe. An English team in Zimbabwe would be at risk, Mugabe hates the English.
