New Zealand tour of India - October/November 2017

NZ spinners pulled it back beautifully. Otherwise they would be staring at a target of 210+. Nice work by them but still good opening stand by India.

Did you watch the game or just the scores?. NZ has been piss poor to say the least plenty of catches dropped and misfields too. Apart from that lone Sodhi over where he picked ip two wickets NZ were all over the place in the two facets of the game. Let's see whether they can pull this one off with their batting. Also Rohit couldn't get the timing right for the first 30 balls scored 28 of 31 something deliveries.

I feel the dropped catches is due to dew factor.

And there you go mate one team has dropped some catches (one of Santner was a dolly ) and then there is an absolute blinder of catch by the other.
There you go again ! It was tough, but he had made it. Unlucky for Nehra. Two dropped catches in one over.

Are you remotely suggesting Axar has performed better than Kuldeep?
Even I feel Axar is more suited for T20 when Chahl is already in the team. Axar can be economical which is important in T20 and can do a cameo role with the bat too. And he is a good fielder.

I only saw the scores but spinners bowled well IMO, considering how the opening stand blew NZ away.

Wickets > Economy - It could be cricket in our backyard. It's always better to have a WK taking bowler.
