Could someone please tell me how to use the PC-Gob viewing programs like when i download them i dont know where to put them.

The Gob Viewer can go anywhere as long as it's in the same folder as the starts.dat file.
The way to use it is to open the .gob up in a hex editor and the enter the decimal values of anything you want to view in the Gob viewer combined with the correct resolution.
