Yeah. How did this discussion turn into team management. If people are interested enough to play now, they will be interested enough to play next season, or during the mid-season transfer period. They can always be 'fans'. I think we should start the season right after the preseason finishes, to avoid more people trying to get in on the action and delay it further.
Cutting the teams down to 12 would also have a negative effect. Adding more teams would create a delay (remember how long it took the Soakers to fill up to start with?). Btw, when will this round of matches be posted?
