At the moment all I can do is create a field editor to change the default attacking and defensive fields used in the game.

Hey that would be great! I enjoy a field editor for Cricket07, and I'd sure enjoy one for this game as well.

Members of the cricket video games community who use a dial-up connection of means of exploring the internet may wish to pay an extremely small amount of money to be sent a compact disc.

Obviously that isn't limited to dial-up users and anyone could get a disc sent to them (basically that will be at cost of shipping+media)

that's right, Lee. At least everything will be editable. If it was such a disappointment i would make sure the AI did totally get revamped. As i have said before, the main reason i am making this d@mn game is so I have a great game to play (single or with mates) and enjoy - first and foremost. So obviously i wont play a game with garbage AI, hence i wont release it with garbage AI. TAOC will also be thoroughly beta-tested, so im hoping that the majority of garbage that remains will be totally ironed out.

tbh....i was actually amazed how people were blindly supporting BLIC05..
even though it was propably the worst cricket game ever to be produced.
heck, even EA cricket 99 had better gameplay.....

yes, your point may be correct....TAOC might turn out to be a disappointment.
it is easily possible cause of minuscule staff, limited resources, newbies in game development,part-time effort etc....
technically, we are not even 25% equipped as compared to EA and codies...
but when it comes to knowledge,interest,ideas,patience and the urge to develop a great cricket game, EA and codies dont even have 10% of
what we have !

and dont EVEN get started on their BETA TESTING !!!!!

also, majority of the things would be editable...!
so now, people like tom and colin wouldnt have to work their asses off
for finding the editing capabilities....

the point is, even if it turns out to be a disappointment, we'll try our
best to improve the game. atleast we wont be going backwards like
codies.

Wow, you know this made me realize I've bought way too many Codelosers games for the non existent support they provide. Unfortunately I've already bought this one, but it will be the last CM product I ever bother with.
