online keeps crashing for me

when i try to play online my game crashes, can anyone tell me why this happens?

This happened to me before. What happened was I hadnt played any matched in the current season, so when I played 1 county and 1 OD and tried again it worked. Hope this helps.

What's actually happening

The computer asks if I want to accept cookies from the website (recommended). Once agreed, the computer freezes and I can't get anywhere.

yea its been happening to me too. Ive dropped from 4th to 9th.

Try disableing any virus software like norton antivirus because they sometimes block things.
