Uni ftw

Well if you have changed course purely because of a girl you've known for two weeks (which I find hard to believe) I just hope you still want to be doing law if and when she and you move on and split up.

I dunno, I'm thankful for changing my course for a girl I once sat next to on a bus, I was going to be an investment banker for Freddie Mac I decided I'd change my course to be an estate agent, then I walked past a cute girl on a busy street and changed courses again to be an engineer. Who's laughing now :D

Nobody? Oh well, its the best I could come up with, so sue me for being a crap comedian, oh wait Tom will be in a good position to sue me now won't he, providing the bit about suing someone wasn't covered in the first two weeks of the uni course!

Define 'it' ;)

My grand plan to marry into Royalty :p

Nah I think they only covered how to be a smarmy, two faced stealing bugger. Oh wait that's the course's description.

Looking at some of these books, I need to know Latin  Anyone here speak Latin?

"Si una eademque res legatur duobus, alter rem, alter valorem rei, etc."

"Exhereditare filium not potest pater, nisi-"

And he'll be using an internet translator a lot!

I didn't use an online translator actually. A book I am studying has a line or two in latin (handily translated on the left hand page). Those quotes are regarding law.

I am about as fluent in latin as I am in communicating via the sense of smell.

Meh, history's about as easy as it gets. Also how did you not do Latin at your school? I assumed it would be compulsory ;)
I wrote an essay in third year where I had to use Latin for some of the quotes as I couldn't find an English version.
