Pretty sure that they have declined by a bit since Tikolo and others from that era have retired. Wouldn't be my choice.

You realize the only reason this happened was because some teams defaulted from versing them as they didn't want to travel there to play as it was too dangerous. I think they only made like one upset which is the same as Ireland at the 2007 one.
Plus they couldn't even make it to the T20 world cup.
I'd have to admit though they are one of the better ones.
