I really want to say test cricket. It's the original form of the game, and when it's a good match, nothing beats the entertainment it provides. However, those are a rarity, and most of the time we see one sided, run filled, boring draws.

ODI cricket for me. Has the best of both worlds from test and T20 cricket, plus a distinct charm of its own.

If you cannot enjoy all form of cricket then you are dead as a cricket fan.

This. I'm done.

I love the pressure and toughness of test matches, they are the pinnacle of Cricket IMO. I prefer ODI's over Twenty20 at International level but T20's over One Dayers at state level, if that makes sense.

Agree with everything you said there.

Its his opinion. Leave it! What if he comes in and says "What the heck, you like test cricket?".

Just shut up. you want everyone to love test? ODI? IPL? it's your choice and it's his choice. Remember T20 is a form of cricket. Equally important like other forms.

From what time you see test cricket ? from time you wearing diapers? or from time you suck your thumb?

This thread's poll is subjective. no two people are same. we differ. therefore we have forum to discuss, give a damn to IPL not T20. (even though IPL rocks)

Oi, I stopped with that and said I'll stop with the Twenty20 bashing. Don't cut my posts apart to make me look bad.

That's subjective. Most player's would still rate test cricket far higher then 20/20 cricket.

Yes, completely agree. Players like Ponting, Khan and Tendulkar (IIRC) etc.

This is completely not true. If my, and loads of other peoples, opinion is that Twenty20 is rubbish, that doesn't make me dead as a cricket fan. Cricket is my life. I spend all day either playing cricket, at school, thinking about cricket, then at recess and lunch, as well as before and after school playing cricket (this is at school, in the nets). Coming home, going on cricket forums, sites, and games (like Battrick, From the Pavilion and International Cricket Captain), watching cricket, and hitting an eye in and throwing a ball at the crazy catch to rebound, over and over. Going to training, playing on weekends. My life is cricket. The posters on my wall are all cricket. My background is cricket. Cricket dominates my life.

If I'm dead as a cricket fan, then I don't know what a cricket fan is.

This thread isn't discussing Test and T20 :) Test has much more value than T20. 3 hours and 5 days?

T20 all the way.. Test Cricket is soooo!!! boring:sleep
Its all about T20 now:happy.. so fun to watch and plus it brings in more teams like holland etc

How many test matches have you played at your level?

Don't know where you got that negative bone in your body about anything apart from test cricket if the above you said is true.

Don't see any harm in watching any game if you are supporter of cricket.

6 a side :p

dude he still gets recess AND a lunch break. how many do you think he played?

Ah recess.... 15 minute beaks of goodness.

I miss my childhood...

How come you still get recess as a 14 year old?!

LOL i was wondering the same. may be he is yet to be 14. just read his posts

don't know why but i cant watch 50 over cricket
My favourite is Test and i also like T20

I love them all (Test, ODI and T20). All of them have their own unique qualities.

Well, almost all forms...

I respect your support for them, but Cricket is just a sport, and it won't help me in whatever career I want to go in. I have much more important priorities than watching every SA cricket game.

I did say "If I could afford it". But how dare you suggest Cricket is just a sport. It's a way of life. It's all consuming. A few years ago I couldn't tell you a single result from the County season, now I follow Kent pretty much anywhere :)

As others are rating the choices, I'll rate mine

4 Day County
40 over domestic
Test
T20
50 over international
3 day useless matches
