Any Improvements?

Can't see the benefit of making the change when they are so slightly different to what we have at the moment. You've also stretched the aspect ratio on a number of flags there - Bangladesh and Pakistan look particularly pixelated because of that.

Which all they are except ban and pak? I'll try a new effect and replace those and then start the work for icons.

Different countries flags have different ratios, always resize images evenly from both sides and find a way to fill the canvas on flags that don't fit correctly (adding background colours or cropping).
