No ****. It's because the second group of 5 cards are all different from the first one. This is a pretty old email forward. I remember my mom looked at it and fell for it but it took a couple of minutes of effort to figure out the trick.

true, but you fall for it the first time you see it...

I looked at it yesterday an thought it was crap but didnt want to ruin it for others an also see how many people got fooled.

Transfer Number In Mind To Hand

This magic should be done on small kids as grown ups will tend to figure it out quickly. Kids are just stunned.

The Supplies: A black eyeliner, a sugar cube (you can have several for effect) and a glass of water.

Effect: The magician asks for a volunteer from the audience. The volunteer picks a number between 1 and 10. The magician writes the number on a sugar cube. The magician drops the cube into a cup of water and holds the volunteer's hand over the water.
He/she turns the volunteer's hand over and Poof! the number is on the volunteer's hand.

To Perform: Have the volunteer pick a number. Write it onto the sugar cube with a pencil (press hard). Then, hold the cube between your thumb and one finger.
Hold it so the number transfers onto your thumb and say," Now I will put this cube into the cup". Press the cube as hard as possible so the number is on your thumb.
Put the cube into the water and hold the volunteer's hand above the water, make sure your thumb is in their palm so the number from your finger transfers onto the volunteer's hand.

ohh My.. not agan, God then Magic.. lol what next?

Prove me that it does not? Not that one should get into Magic stuff but does it mean it does'nt I mean, look before all this scientific revolution in the western society. It changed nearly every thing in peoples mind so bad, for good? may I ask

I never said it was bad, I actully think it was good for everyone some way or another, agreed.

lol lets argue about Coca cola now, i'm bored.. not :p

Is this reliable though?

the effect probably isnt that visible?

Yeah I tried it. Got best effect while using Black eyeliner. Changing Pencil to that in trick as well.

If real magic existed, people would be performing it and it would be all over the media but it isn't simply because it doesn't exist.
Scientific theories that are backed with evidence sound more believable to me than guesswork and speculation on any subject, which is why I am an atheist and do not believe that magic exists.
You talk of a "scientific revolution" as a bad thing, what is bad about people finding the real answers to life's questions? Finding out how things really work by carrying out extensive research and testing. Surely that is better than either not knowing about certain things or believing in guesswork, which is everyone had to do before this "scienific revolution" you talk of started.

Let's not argue about this though, that's not what this thread is for :).

just come to some poor Asian/African countries.
