Agreed. Hopefully the running between wickets will be fixed too. Haven't been able to enjoy the game really since patch 3 caused the batter to pose after almost every shot, and batsman to lose their sense of urgency getting back to the crease after a cancelled run.

This happens to me too, especially when I play shots late. I don't remember this happening prior to patch 3.

I think the bowling system is better this year. I'm enjoying it a lot more than I did in DBC 14, anyway... Be nice to have motion captured bowler animations for DBC 20 though.

Have to say, that did look intentional. Nice. Keepers head through the stumps. Not so much.

Looking forward to the next patch to fix the running between wickets on the PS4 version. It's driving me nuts really. The R1 modifier is there for fine control to get quick singles and two's, but it's hard to take advantage of it because the controlled batsman is so unresponsive when asked to run.

Ah, wasn't aware the game was already optimized for the Pro. That would probably explain why I don't see any difference with Boost Mode, then.:) Here is a link to the Don Bradman Cricket 17 user manual in case anyone was looking for it...

You have to be using a PS4 Pro with 4.50 Beta firmware to see it.

As far as I can see, PS4 Boost Mode doesn't seem to improve the performance of DBC 17, in case anyone is wondering.

Exactly the same here. I love the game but the issues you described coupled with the unresponsive running between wickets that consistently results in run outs that shouldn't happen and didn't for me before patch 3, and I feel a little bit nonplused about the game right now. Looking forward to...

Thanks. Yea, done that 3 or 4 times with no success. Still get crashes while in all areas of the game.
