Fair comment regarding the advance shot, but it was so poorly implemented in cricket 2004 and made it easy to hit very ball for 6, this is what essentially ruined the game for me and I have no reason to believe that it will be any different in cricket 2005.
I think you'll find that in the option menu after you've clicked on tournament it says 'fielding restrictions :off' so in this case it is ok to have everyone on the boundary.

Why such a big deal about Autoplay? Give bowling a chance and see if it's any good, the autoplay on cricket 2004 was awful anyway, massive totals for barely any wickets with an extremely slow run rate.
