So why exactly did they declare on 24/7?
Nobody is quite sure - there could be various reasons: maybe they wanted to bowl on it before the pitch settled down, or maybe they didn't want to risk the welfare of their tail-enders on a spicy wicket. Or maybe they were scared of going down as the lowest ever all-out total in West Indian FC history (although they'd have never beaten this eight-duck gem (remarkably, nine of the eleven T&T batsmen scored ducks in that game, but not one of them recorded a pair (what a stat))).

It all goes to show that the WICB's Professional Cricket League falls foul of what I like to call the DPRK Rule.

If a country has to state something explicitly in its name, then it is unlikely to be true.

The most notable example of this is the DPRK, known to most people as North Korea:
- Democratic (North Korea is in fact one of the most oppressed and autocratic states in the world)
- People's (The country is ruled by a select few, while the People are actually left to starve)
- Republic (Despite the fact that the Kim family essentially amount to a royal family)
- of Korea (Actually, the country governs only the northern half of the Korean peninsula)

All in all, it makes the Logan Cup look like a well-run, sensibly organised competition.
