With a list a average more than that Kohli and ten Doeschate, he could be the future one day star for England, playing the role same as Joe Root. In FC, he is just started making runs but I feel he will do well. Even in T20s, he will mostly be the anchor.

Tom Banton is my next pick. The ambidextrous right handed keeper is becoming a big name in league cricket. In my opinion, he will soon be batting in the middle order as he struggles against genuine lateral movement. Thus, he will be protected from lateral movement, in the middle order

This 20 year old is untested in the shorter formats and had a bad BBL this year, as he could not bowl and came off an injury. But his Shield performances before getting injured were commendable. Definitely a future star for the Aussies. It is to be seen as how they manage him because Aussies don't really play all rounders in their test team as of now.

This is a really tricky one as I'm aware that I should probably pick some openers and top-order batsmen. Maybe another opening batsman. So I'm going to do neither and instead pick a second spinner - Sandeep Lamichhane could arguably be seen as a bowler who is very similar in style to Rashid Khan, but he's also very good. If cricket really does want to globalise then this decade could belong to Sandeep.

Travis Head

How come no one picked Travis Head? A great middle order player. But in one dayers, he has better served as an opener. Currently out of favour in shorter formats due to return of Smith and Warner and also his inconsistency but has really become a great lower order batsman in the test team.
And dont forget he is a good part time bowler as well. All-round package!

The 18 year old Afghan spinner is my next pick. The carrom bowl specialist, is my first pick from the scenic country of Afghanistan. He is also the youngest cricketer to ever play in the IPL.

Well, someone who has really slipped through the cracks is Aiden Markram, who has four Test tons and averages over 38 in some of the world's worst conditions to be an opening batsman. He's had a really rough year in 2019, but he's only 25 and has already skippered South Africa. He'll be back.

I’ll go with Haider Ali, opening batsman from Pakistan, averages almost 50 in FC cricket, and 43 in List A. Ian Bishop picked as a star for the future after watching him in the U19 World Cup this year.

Solid bowling line-up but the thing is that only Rabada is a good enough death bowler (at the moment). And Curran's pace makes him a home track bowler (mostly).

And it's now time to pick somebody who is uncapped, and has fallen out of the public eye since sustaining a bunch of injuries. Kamlesh Nagarkoti bowls absolute thunderbolts, and sometimes there's just no replacement for that. He's the missing ingredient in my bowling attack, and despite a big stash of right-arm bowlers, I feel as if this is a thoroughly balanced side bowling attack, and one which covers all necessary bases.

A word on the bowling attack:
As a Test side, we have used our "keeping all-rounder" to make room for a five-man attack which covers all of the bases you'd look for in a Test team: Express bowler (1) - Nagarkoti. Seam/swing bowlers (2) - Cummins and Mulder. Spinners (2) - Rashid and Lamichhane. It is similarly well-covered for white-ball cricket with: Express bowler (1) - Nagarkoti. Death bowler (1) - Cummins. Deceptive bowlers (2) - Rashid and Lamichhane. Stock bowlers (1½) - Mulder and Labuschagne. The weak link is Marnus, but he's the sixth bowler, and as a result won't need to turn his arm over that often. We're also reasonably well-stocked for T20s, although I don't know for sure how good Mulder's slower balls are for his would-be role as deceptive seamer.

The Bangladeshi talented right arm pacer is my next pick. He hasn't been at his best since a year or so but there are no question marks over his talent. He will surely bounce back from this rough patch.
