On another note, is there a way to download the jerseys but not the squads? Done a few ILT20 squads using the teams from last year's game & not sure I can bear to redo the ratings again...

if vikas could make a fake team that downloads to customs with ALL teams kits in it then one could just copy the kits you want to the teams you want, would be much easier to get kits only that way. (he would have to make fake players too for that team so it doesnt link to any players we already have.
In other words, make 1 team Call it ITLT20 or something, put a bunch of unlinked fake players in this team, make all teams kits for the league and put all kits in this fake team share it, trhen we have access to all the kits we can copy them to any team we want to and the fake players wont influence anything. same can be done for SA T20 kits and any other leagues kits as well, put them all in one fake team unlinked from anything.

Smart, that does sound like a sensible approach...

Forgot about the ratings... but when it asks you if you want to replace the current version with the new version you can just say no.

Alternatively create 12 new generic players with a zero skill rating and call them something like "Kit Player 1" to 12 or something like that. Whenever they are downloaded they won't override any of your existing players you have linked to squads.

Whenever someone in the community wants to share uniforms only, we can all use these generic players to make up the squad.

Unfortunately this does not work all the time... for some reason. May have something to do with replacing unedited licensed players (as opposed to licensed players that you've fiddled with the ratings/bats of) but not sure of the exact cause.

If he puts in the likes of Smith/Stokes/Anderson etc then if the ratings are bugged, you can "delete" the player and it resets to base

Advisable to include ones whose bat you can't edit as when you delete you have to reassign equipment
