Hopefully there'll be some stats in there that people can use for their arguments, or against others!

Edit: I really cannot use code!

Yeah... the numbers aren't aligned.

All I know is that today (31st), ToI published that ZaK is top wicket taker in ODI's and supposedly the NZ-Ban match wouldn't affect this although Vettori's 5 wicket haul against Bangladesh took him to first place.

Yeah, bad year for Pakistan, we were kinda bad in 2007. Hopefully we'll be good in 2008. :)

Actully we sucked in 2007.

Nice to see England with KP, Cook, Bell and Collingwood in the top test run scorers. Been a pretty good year for Bell especially. Great that KP finished the year still with his 50average intact, even though he failed to manage a single 50 in the series agaisnt Sri Lanka :D.

Also, i think i may have missed a few of Jimmy Andersons 1155 Odi wickets this year ;P

4 tests for the Aussies and Binga still manages to make it in there with 28 wickets. No Aussies in the batting though.

Yeah, I'm not surprised theres no Aussie batting. 4 matches and 800 runs they would have needed! Binga, what an effort! 4 matches, 28 wickets.

All fixed for you sureshot I'm an expecting at using code :)

Geez we played so little test matches. Hardly dominated anywhere apart from the team section. Think I saw somewhere Ponting got under 200 runs for the year not often you see that. Bloody decent effort for Lee to make the top 10, if he played another 4 test he could be up with Murali and Kumble in terms of wickets.

Well Kenya is best ODI team this year :p

well well well, only KC Sangakkara has a higher ave then chanderpaul.

not sure why powell is not the best bowler in one day internationals, seeing he played 10 less games but only 3 wickets behind the top bowler.

it goes by wickets, he has less wickets than vettori and the guys infront of him. the table goes by most runs and most vickets.

You're an expecting at a lot of things aren't you Syl?

Interesting to see McGrath so high for someone who retired in the first half of the year. Good year for the Aussies.

Aussies have had basically the whole year off only playing the WC the T20WC, Sri Lanka touring them and now India
