Adelaide Crows 2009 season

Well here are just some of the major stories that rocked the Adelaide Crows in 2009. Youngster Aaron Kite, who has been in good form for his SANFL club over the pre season, missed half of the 2009 season after needing surjury on his knee.
Richard Douglas also needed a knee reconstruction around the middle half of the season, and will miss the first 5-10 rounds of the 2010 season with his rebuilding of his knee.

Also, Adelaide Captain, Simon Goodwin, only played 4 games for the 09 season, after suffering with Ostetis Pubis for the whole remainder of the season, which troubled him, and may loose his spot being 32 years of age in the Adelaide line up.
It was a pretty bad season for the Crows with injuries, so they will now be looking forward to the future, and it will be a interesting off season, with new coach, Hayden Sumner looking for the future, so a lot of the "veteran" players will be under the microscope for the off season

The competition was rigged last season eh? Collywobbly in the Granny...and winning!?
And the Cats weren`t in it! I`m going to have a word with the always 'reliable' Andrew Demetriou about this.
