I swear every year the opening ceremony is too long and they postpone the match

Different reason this time.

But tbf, this delay was caused because one of the floodlight of the stadium caught on fire because of the fireworks display.

Jeez. It could've happened in any league but looking foolish is just part and parcel of PCB.

I've always hated them doing a ceremony before the first game, and said that if you really wanna do it, do it in some place that isn't the actual cricket stadium.

Wouldn't happen if Ramiz was in charge. He'd at least have some ladders ready to get up there himself.

For who? If they replace Polly or Miller, they'll still have 3. And while they've both been in form, Khushdil is used more than David as a bowler.

You have to play David no matter what (Usman isn't opening for MS anyways), he is the kind of a player you find a way to fit in!
