Admin changes

Planetcricket.net has made some far-reaching changes today with regard to our admin team.
The admins would like to say a big thank you to all those who are stepping down and retiring particularly to Kev and m_vaughan.
We would also like to congratulate aussie1st, Burma's Finest, Night Prowler10 and Prakash on their promotions.

I would just like to add a footnote and thank m_vaughan for his excellent contributions and in particular to Kev, who I had the privilege of meeting last year.

Also congratulations to all on their promotions. Again I had the privilege of meeting burma's finest last year, and I am certain he will be an excellent addition to the team (as they all will)
