Also looking at the available players I'm guessing these aren't meant to be the best squad a country can put out ?

@SamP that is because this tournament is to played before the ICC WC so teams will not use their main weapons over there

Squad Rules

• It should be of 15 players including 2 WK,1 Uncapped
• As this tournament would be played before the ICC CWC so the main players of some teams might get rest as you see in player list.
• No one is allowed to pick players outside the player list
• Only Ireland,Netherlands,PNG is allowed to pick their players
