I don't get it. Can you please explain it for those like me who don't have the game?

It's like in Cricket 2004, where Richie would say the player's name and then the other sentence. "Hayden... moves on to... 23"

yer its like the commentators just speak with a totally differnet tone of voice and stuff and theres a pause,
