Loading Tournament and Roster

How do I load the tournament and roster..?
It is a DAT file, and if I try to import them, Big Editor crashes.
If I have to copy paste these files, please suggest me a location where I have to place then.

I am using MS Vista.

IPL tournament (Hard) released:
basically q-finals onwards
MUST use Roster 1.1 (Meet's) (Index)
randomly picked teams and fixtures
must play every game and can play with any team
Place with roster and load (5th game)
