I dont think Ashraful is the right man for the job, he isnt sure of his own game and giving him the captancy will make his batting less effective

I think Ashraful is the right man for the job, or at least, a better man than Bashar. The few times he was captain during the India-Bangladesh test series, he showed that he was willing to make a few changes and be slightly more attacking. It didn't help that he didn't really have to resources, but it was better than Bashar's tactic of asking his fast bowlers to bang the ball in short all day.
