Actually a lot of people have Johnson in their teams. The most surprising bowler so far is Tremlett, who took 8 wickets.

The amount of points one gets is only different for:
Catches and Stumpings by a wicket-keeper
Ducks for different players

None of these apply to Johnson

Should the runs he scored count too, as I have him in as an all-rounder?

I'm now guessing that the names of the order have no effect.

The runs count no matter whether he's a bowler or an all-rounder. Just like if a batsman bowls it's still counted
