avatar animation dont work

please i saw many members having animated avatar i 2oo want i m not good in image ready but made this but in avatar it don't work

please help and suggest me as soon as possible

What version of photoshop you are using?, i guess it's less than CS3 as you have mentioned Image ready.

cs3 version in output it shows animation but not on the avtar

CS3 doesn't have image ready, if you are familiar with image ready, you can just browse through with:

Window > Animation. You would surely get a frame box.
