you will have to combine a few drawing tools to get your work done, its kinda tough to make a tutorial for these kind of things.
For straight lines you can use the rect marquee to make the required line and the fill it with the colour of your choice.

The line tool. Hold down on the rectangle shape tool and you can change it to a line tool. I didn't use it for my arrows though, i had to do a lot to get them perfect.

i got Photoshop Elements 4.0 and i held donw the Marque tool and it came up witjh 2 options a circle or rectangle so i cant draw diagonal lines

draw a straight line and then rotate it to get it in diagonal.

Enlarge the texture to 512*1024 and make the bat on that.

Just resize the image. It's probably called Image Size in your program.

Go to image on the toolbar and there will be an option for Image size. If you are totally new to photoshop then use the massive readme website thing that comes with it.

Something very complicated. I used a BLIC texture to help me make it and i did a lot of other things. ill post how tommorow.

I have made 4GB bats

I tend to use pics as a reference, as I am doing for my Gray-Nicolls Bats. I may use the odd logo here and there as well, if I need to. Don't do 4GB bats straight away, start with 1GB, as I did (although I never released that bat).
