I think Shewag was the best batsman throughout the series.

I voted for Dravid. He is my fav. player. He played a solid innings in the 3rd test.
You must have also included Patel,Yuvraj,Sami and Farhat.

Can't imagine that u said that Sami and Parthiv should have been in the list. They had just one(2 for parthiv)descent knock. They can't be the best batsman for the series just because of that  .

Shewag has been the best.Dravid had made up for his earlier poor performances in the series by his 270.

Patel and sami did nothing. Both of them made one fifty.

well, patel only failed in 1 innings - put it that way...

he was a good choice for MOS, as he did a pretty solid job behind the stumps - came in and opened excellently - and he had that brilliant one-handed 'gilchristesque' catch down the leg side to dismiss hameed in the last innings...

;) did u know that when ganguly was having problem deciding who will open ,it was patel who walked upto gangully and said "let me open give me a chance "

this was revealed by gangully himself ,when people asked whether it was the right to send patel to open ,
i think he did pretty well he is averaging 72 in this years test matches.

i think dravid was the best cuz in that fourth odi he was the man to make india come back in that game n in karachis game he was the highest scorer for IND az he made 99 n also in the last test he played remarkable for his DOUBLE CENTURY
