Friends since the news of coaches for SriLanka and India really making headlines can u guys tell who the best coach ever to guide a cricket team, there has been many, i dont know who to select or decide.


i given some coaches based on their success and attitudde if i miss some then it my mistake, decide on the person whom u have watched, not olden days as we all dont know much about

To me I put Bob Simpson has the best ahead some real great coaches

I think John Buchanan has been able to maximize the potential of the Australian talent. He has helped keem them on top for how many years now?

i know i'm slightly biased.......but look what Englands, and more importantly english cricket has become under his imput. When he came into the job the english game was in complete shreads................The national players wern't good enough and county cricket was even worse then than it is now......

Now however, we're the second best team in the world trying to get the closest to this current aussie teams as anybody has ever done before and cricket in the country in general is on the rise. A few years ago we had crappy players like afzall in the team and sailbury...................now we've got proper talent (not that their not talented, but their nothing special) in the likes of Strauss, Harmison, Flintoff and bell who have all come through the current system.......

Well i would picked John Wright. He has led us in finals alot. Can't guess most of the sereis worlcup or tournament we've always come in final but we end up in final and we loss.
