Make sure you are infront of your PC when calling!

Check if you have all those.
Go to Control Panel and then go to System and see if you have the minimum support.

Just keep on trying to contact Codemasters and they'll reply!

Go on www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers. It worked for me.

Yeah, but on System it doesn't appear to show graphics card. Bah, don't worry, I'll just ring up support.

Right click my computer; properties, select hardware and click on 'device manager'.
Then scroll down to display adaptors and post what it says.

mate i got the exact same card and issue. Last night when i bought the game i thougth it may not have worked because fo my graphics card. Then when i really looked closy at the back of the game box it said it did support the NVIDIA GeForce MX 440.

its confusing me as well
