Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right thread...(but anyway )

I am really interested in learning C++ coding, as just to program in my pass time, however I have no where to learn it from and my knowledge of computers in general, is horrendous. So can anyone guide me from the start.

I mean i understand, it is not something you learn over night, it takes years to perfect. But can someone push me in the right direction to like a decent program that I should use and the sort of website I could follow (having no knowledge I don't know which website is good or bad)

Thanks in advance,

Nabhan

Yeah, the one by SaiSrini would be enough to start on, just don't go too fast with it, and try practicing as much as possible. To let you know, I've learnt it online as well.

Basic C++ is intuitive and thus easy to understand. When you go advanced, then there's a lot of 'why do we need to do or implement this' and so on? If you're stuck somewhere while learning, better ask here.

E Balaguruswamy's books for C++ have been very good.

Sumita Arora's books have never been good. Dont understand how did our board approve it.

They're good for last minute mugging up. We use it at school, but my teachers are pretty great so I don't usually need it.

Sir,i use this for my reference purpouse.Hope this will be useful for you too :thumbs
