Can anyone tell me how the "Hit Six" button works. I'm new to cricket 2004 and I've never played cricket 2002. I am not certain how to use the "hit six" button. Do I only use the directional keys and the button, or do I need to use the shot keys in conjunction. Just explain how I can use the hit six button. My configuration is as follow:
S-front foot shot
W-back foot shot
A-duck/no shot
D-advance shot
SPACEBAR-hit six
right ctrl - look right
left ctrl - look left.

Now with this configuration, what is the sequence of buttons to hit a six?

To answer your question, you play the shot as normal, and press the six hit button too. This is in your manual.
:D isnt it funny that some people just forget to press both the buttons at the same time ,

i think the name of this button(six hit button) miss guides most of the people

If you were playing a lofted cover drive it would be : hold down left, down and space and just before the ball pitches hit the A button.

My configuration is very easy :

a : front foot

s : back foot

z : duck/start run

x : leave/cancel run

6 hit : space

so you would use left, down and space holding those three down and then around about when the ball pitches you would hit the S button.
