Yes I needed a fast bowler desperately and am happy to get some one of the quality of Jerome Taylor. Kevon Cooper also is a useful all rounder.

Hasnt played an international in over four years and hasnt got a west Indies Contract. Players in Top Tier haver either West Indies contract or Played for West Indies past year Taylor is a good bowler in his prime now theres better fast bowlers throughout the Windies still a good bowler

Everyone i was thinking about making two groups A and B 6 teams in each group and top 2 from each group qualify for for finals. But also thought there might be some very one sided games so was also thinking about divsions like 1st and 2nd where bottom two sides from divsion one get relegated while top 2 from divsion to can be promoted to adiv 1 it will also give some players more motivation to play because if u r coming last in div 1 or 3rd in Div 2 u will be dtermined not to get related or being promoted thoughts

Good..but how will you determine the group structure? I mean how can you tell who is weak and who is strong unless and until all play against the other?
