Changing (and saving) teams

My son has started to play my old C2004 on his playstation.

He wants to know if he can edit the England team on it for the current England team? He doesnt particularly wish to go through all of the players skills and stats...just like change the names of the team like for like the current team.

eg..opening original batsman = Trescothic.
Wants to keep Trescos skills but change name to Strauss.

Second batsman Solanki...needs to be Cook, and so on.

Can it be done?....and can it be done on a 8MB memory card?

Any ideas!!
