Changing budget for IPL teams in 2012

I was interested in changing the budget of IPL teams and found a way of doing it. My Pune warriors has 99,000,000 budget now and we whoever we want and won last 3 editions of the IPL. We have become Yankees of IPL.

let me know if anybody is interested in this ...otherwise no point in creating steps

Please let me know as well. I am able to change the budget of English counties teams but not for IPL & KFC Big Bash teams

IPL and Big Bash should work with my method
Its pretty unorganized but if I have ti(feedback)me ill fix it up and I can also change the points your team has
