Commentary editing!!

Excuse me, does anyone know how to edit individual player commentary? I want to know what software to download to create player commentary .wav files!! I used Cool Edit 2000 trial version and created individual player Microsoft ADPCM Wav files. But it has expired now. I need a software that i can use forever to create such files.

If you want to edit .wav files, just look for any freeware or shareware programs that'll do it. Just do a search for them. There's hundreds of em about.
