25.1 3 Sandile to Ali
An heroic dive by Hinds on the deep square leg boundary saves four. The crowd give him a warm round of applause.
And that's a century for Ali! Well played indeed Sir!

100 from 80 for Ali, second century in a row opening the innings for the captain :D

:(

Thought I could chase them, just underestimated their bowling abit and was bowled for 53... Another disappointing failure for Ireland, can't believe I wasted ?1000 on him. Most of my tailenders have been more consistent than him.

Spin, I better win on Sunday otherwise thats no wins for 2 weeks... Changing my mind about playing a 2nd XI, might relegate a few disappointing palyers (like Ireland) instead. Or maybe punish the 1st XI by playing them again.

My reversed batting order has flopped - All the tailenders have walked back after 5 overs!

End of Over 5: 12-4, runrate=2.40
Barker 3-0-9-1
Rudi* 0 (0 balls)
Delop 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Fallon c. Mears b. Barker 6 (FOW: 12/4)

There you go then:
12.4 W Barker to Delop
Huge shout for LBW and it's given! I'm not convinced there wasn't a nick there, dubious decision in my opinion.

The umpires back me as well ;).

Great, I'm re-building and get a horrible decision. There was clearly an inside edge!

Right, how much did you pay him?

Just remember - My batters get better the deeper you go.
How worrying, not.
19.5 wd Leighton to Dunn
I think Leighton has forgotten what pitch he is supposed to be bowling on. The batsman had more chance of reaching the sun with a step ladder than getting to that delivery.
The commentators should leave him alone! He's used to picking up 5fers on a dusty pitch week in and week out. He needs some time to make the adjustment to a green pitch.

P.S: How do quote battrick while keeping the same formatting, like colours, size etc.

Just change the colours manually :)

Yup :)

Rebuilding now:
End of Over 30: 137-7, runrate=4.57
Chandler 5-0-25-0
Crouch* 30 (32 balls)
Cox 24 (38 balls)

Last Wicket: Dunn b. Leighton 12 (FOW: 81/7)

29.4 nb. Chandler to Crouch
no ball, Big appeal! Udabadalawa dives full stretch after a leg side delivery and gathers the ball. Chandler thinks it caught the gloves or bat on the way through but the umpire turns it down.
Apeealing on a no-ball. I seriuosly expected better from your team. Your worse than the Aussies, I mean, the Aussies would appeal on no-balls but never pay the Umps...

I need a wicket soon. My pacers in the middle overs aren't great. Wait till the first two get back.

Damn, I told the umpires to act natural. What a waste of the money in the bank! Now, I am going to be on trial for match fixing.

32.6 . Angell to Crouch
Big shout from behind and he must be out....no! Well, Crouch almost cracks a smile as the umpire solemnly shakes his head...honestly, that man needs a hearing aid!
I want my money back :mad

33.2 4 Leighton to Cox
Attempts to drive through cover, but gets a thick edge past Udabadalawa. He'll get four runs for it anyway.
33.1 4 Leighton to Cox
Good connection! Can Hoult get his fingers to it.... no, it's through and over the rope!
$10 says he's out next ball...
EDIT: He didn't get out :) 10 off the over, and 150 up. Looks like 1 goal of mine (Achieve 200 runs) is likely, maybe even 2(Bat out 40 overs)...
