Constant Crashing

Apologies if already aware or if this is in wrong section but my game constantly crashes. Are others having the same issues?

I'm on Xbox One, created a player but every time I click 'equipment' the game restarts. Also if I try to play a tournament I instantly crash. The game is unplayable.

Want to know if people have experienced similar or maybe I have a disk problem?

Go to the consoles' settings for application/game save data and delete "Logos" and "Stadiums" data. If the problem persists, delete all of the games' data, including "Profile" data and start afresh.
